• —ANS News reserves the right to reject or remove any content without explanation.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• —Infringes third party intellectual property rights.
• —Contains personal data of third parties without consent.
• —Is sexually explicit or promotes violence.

5. Payments & Refunds

• —Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• —No refunds for partial months.
• —You may cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period.
• —Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lemax Ltd is not liable for:

• —How third parties use or share your published articles.
• —Search engine rankings or AI search appearances.
• —Any indirect or consequential losses.
• —Service interruptions or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

• —You retain ownership of your original story and information.
• —ANS News retains rights to the AI-generated article format.
• —You grant ANS News a licence to publish your content on the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
